Any school run by individuals, societies, trusts, or firms registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 can apply using the prescribed form along with the affiliation fee.
Affiliation is granted by the Secretary, Vidyabharati Kala Kendra, Kolkata after receiving the required fee and verifying eligibility. Usually processed within 24 hours.
Certified internal and annual exams are conducted in Indian Classical Music (Vocal & Instrumental), Dance, and Fine Arts. Annual exams are typically held in December/January.
